Ever since he was little, Chuuta Kokonose has always been able to hear a voice that no one else was able to hear. Due to his tendency to talk back to it, the people around him consider him an oddball and nicknamed him "Mumbling Chuuta". One day, Chuuta is recruited by a strange blue alien to join ēlDLIVE, the space police. During the entrance exam, the source of the voice is revealed: a little alien living inside Chuuta, who he later named Dolugh. By combining their power, Chuuta passed the exam and becomes a member of ēlDLIVE. Together with his aloof teammate and classmate, Misuzu Sonokata, and his other colleagues, Chuuta must defeat the criminals who threaten the peace of the universe.
